Overview: What Are Groups? 

Groups are collaborative spaces that make it easy to share content with specific people in your school or district. Whether you’re building a resource hub, working with a department, or organizing by topic or team, Groups help you: 

  • Share videos, documents, and other media in one place 
  • Set clear roles and permissions 
  • Keep content connected to the people who need it 

Each Group can be: 

  • Public: Anyone in your organization can join 
  • Private: Members must be approved by a Group admin 

Groups can be browsed, joined, and managed directly from the Groups menu.
