Managing Sign Content

Each sign can include multiple feeds. You control what appears, when it appears, and for how long. 

Add or Manage Media

  1. From the Digital Signs page, click the View icon next to your sign. 
  2. Scroll to the Default section — this is your main sign feed. 
  3. Choose one of the following: 
    • Add Media – Choose videos, images, or audio from your account 
    • Add Template – Select from customizable templates 
    • Add URL – Link directly to an external image or video 
    • Update Feed – Change feed settings 
    • Reorder Media – Change the order of items in the rotation 

Scheduling Media

When adding media, you can choose to schedule it or add it immediately. 

  • Add Immediately – Media appears right away and stays until manually removed 
  • Start Time Only – Appears at a future time and remains until manually removed 
  • End Time Only – Appears now and disappears at a scheduled time 
  • Start and End Time – Appears and disappears based on scheduled times

Schedule times control when the content is added to the feed. Actual display timing may vary slightly based on network speed and file size.

Adjusting Content

Use the icons next to each media item to: 

  • Update Schedule – Change start or end times 
  • Update Duration – Set how long an image displays (in seconds) 
  • Remove – Delete the item from your feed
