Sharing Captioned Media

All captions are included automatically when you share videos using: 

• Direct links 
• Embed codes 
• QR codes 
• MediaSpot projects 
• Showcases
• LMS like Canvas or Schoology

To share with an external platform that doesn’t use MyVideoSpot: 

1. Download the video.
2. Download the .vtt caption file (from Edit Captions > Download .VTT File). 
3. Upload both files — if the platform supports .vtt files.
