Managing Team Content

There are three ways to add media to a Team: 

Add Existing Content from Your Gallery 

  1. Click the More menu under an item or folder.
  2. Select Add to Team.
  3. Choose the Team(s) and click Add to Team.

Bulk Add from List View 

  1. Switch to List View in your media gallery.
  2. Select multiple items using the checkboxes.
  3. Click Add to Team and choose the Team.

Upload Directly to a Team 

  1. Go to Teams.
  2. Click into your Team.
  3. Click Upload to Team.

Any item uploaded directly to a Team is also added to your personal gallery. 

Removing Content from a Team 

To remove a media item: 

  1. Go to Teams.
  2. Click into your Team.
  3. Do one of the following: 
    • Open the More menu and click Remove from Team.
    • Switch to List View, select items, and click Remove Selected Items from Team.
