Wondering Where Search All Went? We’ve Got You Covered

We’ve made a small but mighty update that makes finding the content you need faster and more intuitive than ever. The Search All field has officially moved into its new home in your sidebar navigation!

Now, whenever you need to look up shared videos, MediaSpot projects, or any other content across your school or district, you’ll find your all-in-one search bar right where you manage the rest of your tools. Just click on your name in the sidebar to expand your menu, and your Search All field will appear, neatly tucked into the collapsible panel, ready when you are.

We also made this change to keep things crystal clear. The search bar on your homepage is designed specifically for your personal library, while Search All helps you explore resources created and shared by others in your district. Moving it into the navigation helps separate those two experiences so you always know exactly where you’re searching.

This update keeps your workspace clean and organized while helping you jump straight to the content you need… no digging, no confusion, just quick and easy access to the resources that support your work.
