1. Changes to pending media that remove some archive media that is no longer in the system.
2. New icon in pending media that launches the media item in a new window.

5. Experimental fetching of captions for external videos, request caption button on new external videos removed.
6. New Reorder button for Sign Media (arrows removed)
7. Speed improvements for various pages
8. Resolved issue related to deleting a group folder that contains no media
9. Revised External Link error message to account for videos that cannot be embedded due to creator restrictions
10. Resolved bug for rejecting multiple group users.  Rejection is hard but Valentines Day is soon.
