Customer Success Specialist

MyVideoSpot is looking to fill a Customer Success Specialist position. The Customer Success Specialist plays a pivotal role within our organization as they are the front line forces in addressing our customers’ needs. You will handle all inbound customer support via phone, email, and through our ticketing system, and therefore will become a product expert in all things MyVideoSpot. We are looking for candidates with a history of working with and closing support tickets in an efficient manner, who are able to troubleshoot technical issues, and who can work with customers until resolution, whether its a quick answer to a question or if needing to do extensive research to find a solution. This is primarily a “work from home” position with just a few nights of overnight travel per year. Business Development Specialist

MyVideoSpot is looking to fill a Business Development Specialist position. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in technology and/or education technology to be responsible for managing sales activity and opportunities in a designated multi-state sales territory. You will be responsible for prospecting via phone, email, and social media, attending trade shows in your designated territory, and providing online and in-person demonstrations of the solution. This is primarily a “work from home” position, with about 25 nights of overnight travel per year.
