Customer Success Manager

MyVideoSpot is looking to fill a new position on our Customer Success team. The Customer Success Manager plays an integral role in the company, as they are the primary contact between customers and the Company. They handle all outbound customer support, reaching out to their customers on a regular basis and keeping them advised of new product enhancements and features. Customer Success Managers are also the customers’ point of contact for implementation and training, and will also serve in a consultative role, sharing best practices in using our services to meet the customers’ overall objectives. We are looking for candidates with a history of being successful in teaching technology to adult learners. This is primarily a “work from home” position with about 25 nights of overnight travel per year. MyVideoSpot is looking to fill a Customer Success Specialist position. The Customer Success Specialist plays a pivotal role within our organization as they are the front line forces in addressing our customers’ needs. You will handle all inbound customer support via phone, email, and through our ticketing system, and therefore will become a product expert in all things MyVideoSpot. We are looking for candidates with a history of working with and closing support tickets in an efficient manner, who are able to troubleshoot technical issues, and who can work with customers until resolution, whether its a quick answer to a question or if needing to do extensive research to find a solution. This is primarily a “work from home” position with just a few nights of overnight travel per year.
