Guidelines for Submission

To ensure the highest quality and relevance of educational content, please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting videos

Content Ownership

Videos must be original creations produced by you or your organization. Content sourced from third-party platforms like YouTube or Vimeo is not permitted.

Video Length

Videos can be up to 60 minutes in duration. Longer videos should be divided into logical segments for easier navigation and viewing.

Educational Focus

Videos should be specifically created for educational purposes, aimed at enhancing learning experiences for educators and students.

Audio & Video Quality

Ensure audio and video quality is exceptional, with clear sound and visuals that enhance understanding and engagement.

Content Relevance

Content should be relevant to educational topics, aligned with academic standards, and suitable for use in classrooms or educational settings.

Copyright Compliance

Ensure all content, including visuals, music, and any third-party materials, complies with copyright laws and permissions are obtained where necessary.

Enhance Accessibility

Whenever possible, provide captions or transcripts to make content accessible to a diverse audience, including those with hearing impairments.

Metadata Tags

Provide accurate and descriptive metadata, including title, description, keywords, and educational objectives, to help users find and utilize your content effectively.

Submission Process

Upload videos directly to the Global Library through MyVideoSpot’s submission portal. Ensure each video is tagged appropriately with relevant categories and topics.

Review and Approval

All submissions are subject to review for quality, relevance, and compliance with these guidelines. Approved content will be featured prominently in the Global Library for educators to discover and use.
